- State the role, task context, scope, and output format. Add an example where useful and refine the result through multi-turn conversation. Keep knowledge-base material relevant, accurate, and current.
- What should I do when a file upload fails?
- Check the formats and limits shown in the interface, confirm network stability, and retry. If it persists, report the time, file type, and error without sharing secrets from the file.
- How do I edit, disable, or delete a task?
- Open the task from the task list and use the currently available edit or rename control. Prefer disabling a task you may need later. Review the impact before deletion because the task and related results may not be recoverable.
